Retail Store Security Solutions Made in North America

After nearly 10 years of manufacturing Display Vise in China, RTF Global Inc. plans to bring manufacturing home and produce ViseG in Toronto, Canada.

RTF for years manufactured in China and will start production of their core invention, Display Vise in Grivory [G]. The success of Display Vise has been worldwide and with over 700,000 units sold, Display Vise has served many wireless companies such as TELUS, Bell, Rogers, WIND Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Microsoft, Vodafone, and O2 in the display and security of wireless Smartphones in retail stores.

This decision was made due to a number of factors; first was the challenge that Canada can compete, but also Grivory’s ability to replace metal, the rising costs to manufacture in China, the economic and environmental impacts of shipping and the ability to better manage quality and supplier relationships locally.

Bill Dandie, President of RTF Global Inc., comments “Our company has always wanted to manufacture locally and many years ago started production of Display Vise in CanadaChina was becoming easily accessible to Western companies and provided a low cost option. As a result our business boomed based on Chinese supply but it is now time to make it happen here… in North America. Grivory is a viable option compared to aluminum and has given us an opportunity to bring manufacturing back to Canada and the US, and now the cost to manufacture is on par with Chinese production. Also, there is no additional cost to import the product as well as the economic benefits to Canada and local employment has me, our local suppliers and the rest of RTF very, very, very excited!!!.”

RTF's Green Recoiler Initiative

RTF's corporate goal is to reduce waste and increase customer satisfaction.
Bill Dandie
020300 - Return exhausted recoilers for a $2 Credit
The retail display security industry, of which RTF is a socially responsible part, is very disposable and RTF wishes to announce a program that focuses on tiptoeing across our planet practicing - "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle".

Starting on Monday February 14, 2011 RTF Global will credit retail customers $2 when they return electronic display recoilers [020300 only] that operate through the Alarm Charge and Mech Charge systems.

There will be no questions asked, simply pack up the exhausted recoilers and ship back at your cost. RTF will credit your account. For example ship 500 recoilers to RTF and your account will be credited $1000 to be used for future purchases.

The RTF Environmental Plan -

Reduce
Our engineers are enhancing the electronic recoiler to last longer and remain a fully functioning, anti-shoplifting tether for an extended period. With added life expectancy recoilers will do their intended job longer and protect, power and alarm Smartphones and Tablets in retail stores.

Reuse
RTF will educate customers on the migration of the recoiler from a comprehensive alarm and charge tether to a perfectly operational mechanical charging recoiler and how in the last stages of the recoiler's life it becomes purely mechanical remaining functional for years.

Recycle
Once the returned recoilers are reviewed, RTF can breathe life back and rework the recoiler by adding new modular components and resell the recoiler as "refurbished" at a greatly reduced cost to new.

This initiative, like RTF's passion to design and develop world class, loss prevention solutions is unique and one where we hope other's follow.
